Popping the Question: Is it time for Europe to reclaim Europop?
My latest Popping the Question investigates why Europop has declined in quality since it became a worldwide phenomenon.
Song of the Day: Kerli - Zero Gravity

Estonian singer Kerli makes quite good music, but when it’s combined with her brilliant music videos it becomes much more exciting. She’s a great pop star who just needs that 10/10 song instead of endless 7s. She could be the more pop version of Bjork or the European Lady Gaga.
Song of the Day: Pietro Lombardi - Call My Name

Pietro (a German Idol winner) is terrible at singing in English and the lyrics for this song sound like he may have actually made them up himself, but there’s still something very enjoyable about it. It’s sweet, smiley, uninhibited pop, just what I want from my Europop.
